Cloud9, Mousesports and Virtus.pro Among Invited Teams to BLAST Fall Showdown

The final group of BLAST Premier: Fall 2020 – Regular Season has concluded with the victory of G2 Esports over Astralis (2-0). Both teams qualified for the seasonal finale. Meanwhile, the tournament’s organizer RFRSH Entertainment has revealed six teams that received invited to the Showdown stage. Among them are Cloud9, Endpoint, mousesports, Team Spirit, Sprout, and Virtus.pro.

BLAST Premier: Fall 2020 Showdown is an online event scheduled for November 23rd – 29th. It will feature 16 teams competing for a $150,000 prize pool and two tickets to the fall finals. The full list of participants look as follows:

• Regular Season: NiP, Complexity, MIBR, EG, FaZe, FURIA
• Invited Teams: Liquid, Cloud9, Endpoint, mousesports, Team Spirit, Sprout, Virtus.pro
• Qualified Teams: MAD Lions, GODSENT, Winner of FiReLEAGUE Latin Power

BLAST Premier: Fall 2020 Finals is scheduled for December 8th – 13th and is expected to be played offline, however the location remains unknown. The event’s prize pool is set at $425,000; its winner will also qualify for a $1,000,000 BLAST Premier: Global Final 2020. Among confirmed participants are OG, Team Vitality, G2 Esports, Natus Vincere, BIG and Astralis, who placed top-2 in their groups during the regular season.
